Ordinary people with strong commitments can make an extraordinary impact in the world. As an avowed practitioner of collaboration not confrontation, my experiences are built on core principles of mutual respect, clear direction and active oversight.
The structured, adherence to agreements, anticipation of obstacles and rapid resolution of problems are baseline expectations, leading to individual, team and project success. My passion for engineering began at a very young age-most likely the first time I snapped together two Lego blocks.
It was fun then and with proper leadership and commitment work CAN be an enjoyable experience today. So whether leading an individual project or an entire division my management approach remains simple:
